Orders & Payment

How do I place an order at Mygigi?

Ordering is easy! Browse our collections, choose your size and color, and click "Add to Cart." When you’re ready to finalize your purchase, head to the checkout page and enter your payment information. You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is confirmed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept almost all trusted gateways including iDeal, Klarna (buy now, pay later), Visa, Mastercard, American Express,Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

Shipping & Delivery

How can I track my order?

As soon as the order has been shipped, you will receive your track & trace link via email and can expect your order soon. If you have not received an email, please check your spam/junk mail folder.

When will my order be shipped?

You can place an order in our online store 24/7. We ship orders on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

What is the expected delivery time?

Orders placed on working days before 18:00 are shipped the same day. Your package is usually delivered within 1–2 working days. The delivery time starts from the moment your order is placed.

What should I do if my package arrived damaged?

We're sorry to hear that your package was damaged during shipping. Please send an email to info@mygigi.nl within 5 business days of receipt. Please include photos of the damage so we can help you find a suitable solution as soon as possible.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated based on your destination and will be displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount, depending on your country:

  • Netherlands: Free shipping from €150.00
  • Belgium & Germany: Free shipping from €200.00
  • Rest of Europe: Free shipping from €250.00
  • Worldwide: Free shipping from €300.00

Returns & Exchanges

How long does it take to process a return?

Returns are processed once a week, not immediately upon receipt. You can expect your return to be processed within a maximum of 10 working days.

How do I start a return?

To start your return, please use our online return form or email us at info@mygigi.nl with your order number.

Do I need to keep my shipping receipt?

Yes, it is very important to keep your proof of delivery or track & trace code safe. Unfortunately, if your package goes missing and you do not have a valid track & trace code, we are unable to assist you. 

What is your return policy?

You may return your shipment within 14 days of receiving your package. Products should be returned with all delivered accessories, including labels and tags. If possible, please return the item in its original condition and packaging, and include the completed return form. Kindly view Return Policy for more information.

How much does it cost to return an item?

If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the shipping costs. For all other returns, the costs are at your own expense. You can send your package via a DHL ServicePoint for a fee of €6.95.

Is there a warranty on my items?

We do not provide a warranty on worn items. This includes, but is not limited to, damage occurring after washing, broken zippers, or loose rhinestones.

How can I contact MyGigi?

You can reach us via our Contact us page. We aim to respond within 1 business day or a window of 24 hours. Please make sure to reply to us in the same email chat initiated.

Do I need an account to shop?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account will help you track your orders, view your order history, and check out faster at later stages, but this is not compulsory. You can manage your profile here.

Discounts & Promotions

Do you offer a discount for first-time customers?

Yes! Sign up for our newsletter to receive an exclusive discount on your first order. Keep an eye on your inbox for your personal code.

Do you have seasonal sales?

Yes! We offer promotions on a regular basis during special occasions such as Eid, Black Friday, and end-of-season sales. Follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated regarding promotions and stock.

How do I apply a discount/coupon code?

At checkout, enter your discount code in the "Discount code" field and click "Apply." The discount will be deducted automatically from your total bill.

Can I use multiple discount codes at the same time?

Discount codes are for one-time use; only one discount code can be applied per order. Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise. Also, please keep in mind that all codes have expiry dates.

Stock & Availability

What if an item I want is out of stock?

You can sign up for a restock notification on the product page. We'll send you an email as soon as the item is available again.

Do you restock sold-out items?

We restock popular and high-demand items regularly, but some limited-edition pieces may not return. We recommend ordering quickly when you see something you love.

Other

Do you offer gift wrapping or a gift message option?

We currently do not offer gift wrapping service as a standard service, but if you'd like to surprise someone special, feel free to mention it in the order notes at checkout and we'll do our best to make it extra special for you.

How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

You can unsubscribe at any time you want by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any newsletter email. You will be removed from our mailing list immediately

How do I leave a review?

After receiving your order, you'll receive an email inviting you to leave a review. You can also leave a review directly on the product page you purchased. Any review with aggressive or vulgar language will not be appreciated, if you have concerns talk to us, we will do ur best to make you satisfy. We appreciate all honest feedback in a respectful way!
